As of Monday the 24th, I am an uncle once again. My sister gave birth to a baby girl named Evelyn Hope Peterman. I have yet to hear anything other than both my sister and the baby are both doing well. I will update as soon as I hear more. If you want to see pictures they are located on Randys Flickr account located here. I would also just like to say congradulations to them and that I cant wait to see them this christmas.

Beccas Clothing
I you have not heard yet Becca has a site with her custom made logos on clothing, with the help of Randy Peterman. This is done through a site called CafePress. She only has one logo on several different kinds of shirts, but more will come in time. If you are interested then take a look. Her page is located here.

I am back
Ok, so it has been a while since my last post...ok, a Very long time ;) and many things have happened since then. I guess I will start with the fact that Becca has now been home for about a month and a half now. She seemed to have a great time in Shanghai and wants to go back, she misses it a lot. She is now in her third week of school and she says it feels like the end of quarter rush already. This is her last year so her classes are going to be getting harder and harder. As far as me and school, we have decided to seperate for a little while. I started school at UW Bothell, but was becoming very stressed and too many things were just going on and I decided that I need a break. I am not sure when I will be going back, but I am not going to take more than a year off. I did manage to get an Apple laptop though. It is great, a little confusing on how to do things at times, but I am happy with it. That is about it for school, just the same old thing.
As many of you know, or at least everyone that reads this blog, Nate and Amy have moved up here with us. They have been here for about a month and a half now. It is a little , or I should say very cramped, but it is ok. Things seem to be going well. They have both found jobs. Nate is going to be working at The Home Depot, but he is not happy about his hours. He is going to work from 9pm to 5am and he is starting on Saturday. Amy is going to be working at the Gap, but is unsure when she is going to start. But Becca is happy because she will be able to get discounts.
On a completly different note, we went to see Corpse Bride and it was another great Tim Burton movie.

Becca has left the country
I dropped Becca off at the airport today at about 9:00am. Right now she should be on her way to Portland. She will hopefully leave their on time and then be headed to Tokyo where she will have about an hour lay over until she makes her final leg of the trip to Shanghai. If all goes well she will arrive in Shanghai at about 8:30pm their time, that is 5:30am my time. They are 15 hours ahead of us. I really hope this is a better flight than last year, however she has already had a 50min delay here in Seattle. Anyway now I am alone with nothing to do. I am sure the house will be spotless in the next few days simply out of boredom. I will miss her very much and am already looking forward to being with her again.

Three Day Weekend!
Finally after working 6 days I get a day off and not only that it is a three day weekend. I will be continuing to stock next week, which means that I will have to be to work by 4am. They seem to like me, so I might become a stocker permanently if they can get the approval for another permanent person. I like it because the day goes by fast because you are so busy. The mornings suck, but it is nice getting off early so you can enjoy the day. The three days off works out well because Becca leaves in three days, so we will have more time to spend together.

Early Bird
Starting today and through Sunday I have to get up at 3:30am to get to work at 5am. I am going to be helping out with the stocking in the morning and then help out the front end, my usual job, when they open at 10am. This is only for this week, but I am going to get about 45 hours rather than the 40 I was scheduled for. I think that this is a great shift because I get off at 1:30pm so I have lots of time to do stuff. However I do have to go to bed earlier to make up for it.

I'm Back, at Last
So it has been a while since my last post, so sue me :) School is out now so I will have much more free time to post. Speaking of school, I managed to do very well this quarter. Grades are as follows:
Technical Writing 231: 4.0
Anthropology 202: 3.8
Creative Writing: 3.6
Music 113: 3.5
So my final GPA for my Associates degree, which I received this quarter, is 3.14. It is not the best, but considering I worked full/part time and took a full load each quarter I think it is good. I am now trying to get into the University of Washington Bothell.
Becca is about ready to go to Shanghai; she is just waiting for her visa, which is making me a little nervous. She leaves here on the 6th of July and will not return until the 3rd of September. I am not sure what I will do: post, program, video games. Let’s just say I will be a little bored. Nate and Amy (Becca’s brother and no not sister, but his new wife) might be moving up here soon. I was hoping it would be in July, but it is not looking like it will happen until August or September.
I am now working at Costco, UPS was not giving me enough hours or pay for the work I did, and it is ok. They give me a few more hours, but the pay is better. Not much else to say about that.
I am trying my best to go to my dads this summer, but money is tight with Becca’s trip, so buying a plane ticket is tougher than I thought it would be. I figured I could get one for about $200, but the lowest I could find was $350. Anyway I will find a way to make it because I told everyone that I would come. Costco is also being stupid about letting me off. In the interview I told them I was going for a week, and they said it should be fine, but that week happened to be inventory week and no one can get time off. So in the end they are only giving me the weekend and the following two days to go. Needless to say I was not happy.
Anyway other than that everything is going well, I graduated, Becca is going to Shanghai and I am working at Costco. That about sums it up.
